Luke's 2nd Birthday on December 25th

Luke's birthday party was a perfect ending to a wonderful Christmas day. It has been so fun to see how much he has grown up. He is talking so well and always has to do what big brother and big sister are doing. We had used up all of our camcorder tapes earlier in the day, so we had to use our still camera for video, which means that we didn't get many still pictures for his birthday, but it beats last years scenario(camera being stolen). Luke is really into cars and trucks. Kate and Jacob helped decorate the cars/trucks. We love you Luke and don't know what we would do with out you in our family.

Thinking back 2 years ago, it is amazing how different life is. We are now adjusted to Vegas, Steve is more than half way done with med school, and we will be adding to our family again. When we had to go to the hospital on Christmas day, we barely knew anyone to take the other kids to, let alone well enough to drop them off on Christmas Day---thank goodness for the McCune's. What would we have done with out them???? Luke's past 2 birthdays have been so much fun and hope that we will beat all odds about being depressed to have a Christmas birthday. We will have to find someone new to drop the kids off to when we go to have this baby, but atleast it won't be on a MAJOR holiday. (I guess if she's really early it could be Valentines Day, and if she's late it could be St. Patrick's DaY.)
