Kate was so excited, yet a little nervous to be gone all day. Her teacher's name is Ms. Gaughn and she even has a few kids from her primary class in her school class. That helped ease the nervousness. She was so upset when she got home from school and I had taken the boys to the library. She said now that she isn't home, she doesn't get to do anything fun. We talked about all of the fun things she gets to do at school--library, PE, Art, Music, learning to read, and being with friends all day. She then changed her tune to, but mom---I just miss you and Jacob and Luke. She can miss us, she just can't complain on what she is "missing out" on. HEE HEE. Jacob is loving the fact that we don't have to park the car and walk her up to her classes line, and then park and walk to get her from her teacher. We just do the "kiss and Drop Zone". Walking in 105 Degree weather was putting him over the edge. OK--it was putting me over the edge as well, but he complained the loudest. Kate is loving her spelling words and enjoys reading as long as she knows all of the words. It does get to be long days for the boys, but they are getting used to it.

Melissa HI!
I was being nosey and browsing around on Stacy's blog roll and found you. I scrolled a little down on the first page of the blog and saw your family's familiar faces! Your kiddos are SO cute! Where are you living that is 105 degrees. :) I'm still in Houston...well North of Houston in Conroe.
I hope you are out of that funk soon. I've been there...its no fun. And I hope your little boy gets better soon.
I have a blog for the stuff we are up to also...check it out and keep in touch.

Take care,

I love the picture of Kate amidst all of the children and craziness on the first day of school. She looks like she knows just what's going on! Olivia says the same thing about missing out on stuff while she's gone... but both kids are glad they don't have to "run errands" with me :).
Melis! Our girls are planning this together in class!
Love the mo-blog suggestion... i swear i know her! ;)

Hi guys I think that you really need to take a look at the wangsgards blog to see what kind of illegal activity has been taking place with your kids!
Hey, I just linked here from Rainie's blog. It is great to get an update on your family. I am just sorry to hear that things really haven't been going super great. I think it is time for you guys to have some good luck. Your kids are adorable and I can't believe how big they are getting. I still think of them as they age they were when you guys moved.
Prego with #4!!! Love it! You are seriously SOOOOO blessed Melis (k, couldn't resist). But, I AM so glad you're back at blogging. AND, you are too crafty for me.....what a blog facelift!!! Brian would be so proud of his Emma.....
