So I have had so much that I have wanted to post, but for some reason, I still haven't gotten it up, so tonight is the night. I will give a few highlights of the last few months. I really want to make this a priority, seeing as though the reason I created a blog is so that I can use this as my excuse for scrapbooking and journaling.
So last month, I was in a car accident. It was my fault, I just looked down---yep, pure studpidity. So here is the van---th eonly postive that came out of it is that A. No one was hurt, and B. we got new car seats--the insurance covered them. ANd we got a great deal on getting it fixed---I won't go into full detail how "in the Hood" of Vegas I was, but the guy was nice and from the insurance money , I even had enough left over to pay my ticket, my deductible, and $300.00 to spare. Man, it paid off. My new hood might be ripped off from somewhere--hee hee---Just kidding .

So then another thing I wanted to write about----a few weeks ago a friend called and said the had 2 ticketst to Cirque De Soleil tickets----KA----, so I found a babysitter in 15 minutes and we were off. It was so much fun going on a date. The show was amazing---If I had the money ($185.oo were the cost of our tickets) I would go again when we have visitors come into to town, but we will just tell the visitors to be sure not to miss it. It was amazing. It was even more amazing that Steve didn't say he had to get back to studying right after the show. SO we were tourists down on the Strip. we went to the M&M store, went on the Roller Coaster at NY, NY. Holy Cow--it is the scariest roller coaster I have ever been on. Anyways, we had a great time and are so grateful to the Salters for being too busy to go.
The next thing I just have to write about really quick was DisneyLand. We had such a great time as a family. Come to think of it, I think it was our FIRST real family vacation that wasn't going to visit family. We love doing that of course-----but wow---DisneyLand really is the happiest place on earth. Steve's parents came and that was alot of fun as well. I am going to just post a few pictures so you don't have to read every detail---OK--it is really so I don't have to write anymore. I need to pass the writing job over to Steve.
I just don't know why when I post the pictures, they go all the way to the top of the post. I am getting frustrated, but Oh well, if anyone reads this and can tell me how to put pictures in between text, it would be greatly apprecitated.

The picture thing is just a blogger feature. If you click on the pics, you can drag them to where you want them. I find it easiest to upload all the pictures I want first and then write in between them. It is kind of a pain.
I love that roller coaster at NYNY. It was brand new the last time I really went to Vegas and did the Vegas thing. Like 10 years ago, just a few months after I was home from my mission. I just love all roller coasters. Anyway, I am SOOOO glad you and Steve got a date. And you guys haven't even started third year yet . . . I have a lot of empathy for the feeling like a single parent thing. Good luck, Meliss.
Fun pictures! Can't wait to see you soon.
Like the person before me said, you just click and drag the pictures anywhere you want.
So I do drag the pictures down--i actually tried that last night and again today, but my computer says that an error occured and shuts down the internet. So I did try the dragging thing. maybe I need Steve to look at the computer. Yeah right, when is he going to do that?????/

I miss you... you were the best VT companion a girl could have - seriously.
Great pictures, I am glad you are having fun! I relate to Steve and the studying, it took all my will power to not study when Si and I got home from our anniversary dinner... sad I know.
